Yesterday morning, it was my pleasure to be part of a LIVE VIRTUAL AUTHOR EVENT hosted by Paraclete Press as we celebrated the National Day of Prayer and learned all about what prayer is.
The event, geared to preschoolers through 2nd graders and their caregivers, included an introduction to National Day of Prayer, author readings of four special prayers from MY TENDER HEART PRAYER BOOK, and a Q&A. I also introduced the MY TENDER HEART 30-DAY PRAYER CHALLENGE— perfect for preschoolers through 1st/2nd grade as a fun way to make prayer a habit with daily prayer challenges throughout the month of May (or any time of the year.)
